“I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul.”

“I’ve always been amazed by the uniqueness of humans. Everyone is different, with other character traits and their own pure “self”.

The authenticity of every human is one of the wonders of life to me. To be able to use your own abilities, your own unique qualities, your own unique self, you need to get acquainted with yourself. Getting to know your own strengths, but also your weaknesses.

My mission with coaching is to help people truly know themselves; for them to see and acknowledge the beauty of their own authenticity. If you know yourself, recognize and appreciate your unique abilities, your life will be enriched. The more people experience this, the brighter the world would be.

Maybe you’re wondering where my strengths and qualifications lie? I’m happy to share those with you, before I get to know yours. I have a bachelor’s degree in Health Policy and Management, a masters’ degree in Health Economics, Policy and Law, as well as a masters’ degree in Management of Change and HR. A solid base, but my curiosity and ambition to bring about change went further than that.

So I also completed a coaching’s course and multiple courses on Non-Violent Communication. In the time left from being a bookworm and finishing my degrees, I spent my free time working out in a bouldering gym.

My mission with coaching is to help people truly know themselves; for them to see and acknowledge the beauty of their own authenticity. If you know yourself, recognize and appreciate your unique abilities, your life will be enriched. The more people experience this, the brighter the world would be.

I can imagine that you’re curious as to what kind of coach I am. In my coaching, I strive to be empathic, thorough, and result-oriented, and I wish to connect with people via transparent communication at all times. As an athlete, I learned how to push through when things look bleak. That mentality is something that I use every day – as an individual – but certainly as a coach as well. In combination with my social and connection qualities, and analytical view, this never-get-down mentality has caused colleagues to describe me as a hardworking thinker, doer, and social coffee drinker.

Next to my work as a climbing coach, I shape my personal coaching mission at Dynamisch Bureau, among other things. Here, I hope to help you and many others to fully discover and appreciate yourself so that you can get more out of your life and enjoy it immensely. Every day again.
